Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping & Delivery We ship via USPS and UPS. Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard (3–5 business days)
- Priority (2–3 business days)
- Express (1–2 business days)
Most customers receive their orders within 3–4 business days from the date of purchase.
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $75+
Temperature-Sensitive Products Our tallow-based balms and botanicals are sensitive to heat. During warmer months, we recommend Priority or Express shipping to preserve product integrity. We are not responsible for melting or heat damage that occurs during standard transit.
International Shipping We currently ship within the United States only. International availability is coming soon.
Order Tracking A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
